Submitting Artwork
We can accept artwork by CD, direct mail, or electronic file by email in ONLY MacIntosh Platform in the following file formats:
• Adobe Illustrator version 10.4 (eps) with fonts converted to outlines
• PDF files with fonts converted to outlines and art embedded
Guidelines for Supplying Artwork:
• Include the company name associated with the ad
• Include the name of the advertising consultant or designer
• Indicate in which directory the ad should appear
• Include the name of your Great Lakes Community Directories Sales Representative
• Emailed art should be attached to the message and sent to production@glcommunitydirectories.com
• Include a hard copy of the ad with all CD's
• Color ads must be four color (CMYK) only. We do not accept spot colors, RGB, Lab, Index, etc.
• Digital ads must be supplied with a resoltuion of no less than 200dpi
• The customer is responsible for proper trapping
